A. Çini (Ahsen)

Dr Çini holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from Learning and Educational Technology (LET) research unit, University of Oulu, Finland and an MSc in Psychology in Education (BPS-accredited) from University of York, UK. She was a junior researcher coordinator of EARLI SIG 16 (Metacognition and Self-Regulated Learning). Her research focuses on metacognitive awareness, AIED, CSCL and educational psychology, bridging psychological theory with pedagogical practice. She has experienced in teaching and supervising students at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including Bachelor’s theses in Psychology. She actively contributes to international research collaborations and interdisciplinary projects that connect AI, education, and learning sciences.
