Over mij

Ik ben gezondheidseconoom met een achtergrond in geneeskunde (Drs.), klinische epidemiologie (MSc.), COM (cultuur, organisatie & management, BSc.) en gezondheidseconomie (MSc., PhD.). Mijn passie is het realistisch vatten van de waarde van interventies, beleid en zorgsystemen in gezondheidseconomische modellen.

Mijn ervaring ligt met name in oncologische, cardiovasculaire en respiratoire aandoeningen, en in spoedeisende geneeskunde. Ik heb ook op projecten gewerkt in de publieke gezondheidszorg (klimaat, voeding), nefrologie, infectiezieken, en diagnostiek.

Een van mijn overkoepelende interesses is het gebruik van real-world data om de vergoeding en bekostiging van zorg te verbeteren.
