Prof.dr.ir. Erwin W. Hans is hoogleraar Operations Management in de Zorg. Hij is mede-oprichter van onderzoeksgroep CHOIR (Center for Healthcare Operations Improvement & Research). Zijn onderzoeksinteresse omspant operations management en operations research in de zorg, alsook capaciteitsmanagement, en planning en scheduling. Hij is docent binnen diverse BSc en MSc programma's binnen Universiteit Twente.
