L.I.M. Lenferink PhD (Lonneke)

Over mij

Ik werk als universitair docent bij Universiteit Twente, senior onderzoeker bij Fonds Slachtofferhulp en gastonderzoeker bij Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Universiteit Utrecht (NL), Aarhus Universiteit (Denemarken) en de Universiteit van New South Wales (AUS). Mijn onderzoek richt zich op de definitie, het meten, het voorspellen en het behandelen van verstoorde rouwklachten bij volwassenen en kinderen die een verlies hebben meegemaakt.

In projecten bij mensen die een verlies hebben meegemaakt door een langdurige vermissing, moord, MH17 vliegramp, verkeersongevallen, COVID-19 en Russische oorlog in Oekraïne bestudeer ik risicofactoren en behandeling van klachten. Als auteur heb ik meer dan 80 peer-reviewed artikelen geschreven. Volgens een bibliometrische studie uit 2023 naar de meest productieve/invloedrijke auteurs op het gebied van persisterende-rouw (https://doi.org/10.1080/07481187.2023.2196734) ben ik de derde meest productieve academicus in de wereld.

Als hoofdaanvrager heb ik onderzoekssubsidies ontvangen (> 870.000 euro) voor tien onderzoeksprojecten, waaronder de NWO Veni-grant in 2022. Als mede-aanvrager heb ik onderzoekssubsidies ontvangen (>250.000 euro) voor vier onderzoeksprojecten. De volgende subsidiegevers ondersteunen mijn werk: Fonds Slachtofferhulp, Nederlands Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, NWO, SASS, Stichting Catharine van Tussenbroek en Universiteit Utrecht en Twente Fonds.

3. Voormalig lid dagelijks bestuur van de Nederlandstalige Vereniging voor Psychotrauma (zie www.ntvp.nl). Dit is een beroepsvereniging voor clinici en onderzoekers die werken met psychotrauma. De NtVP bestaat uit ruim 600 leden en heeft ~14.000 LinkedIn volgers (2019-2023)
4. Voorzitter Special Interest Group Traumatische Rouw bij de Nederlandstalige Vereniging voor Psychotrauma (2023-heden)
5. Finance/Research officer Bereavement Network Europe (community die Europese professionals die werken met nabestaanden verbindt (2020-heden)
