Ik werk voor de Universiteit Twente (UT) sinds 1999 (momenteel 50%). Ik heb in de afgelopen jaren amper organisatie en administratieve werk gedaan behalve als docent van diverse vakken (bv. Docent van vak Intercultural Communication in de Creativity Technology module, Organization and Management of Asian Companies, International Studies Preparation). Ik heb ook veel ervaren met de Chinese universiteiten en bedrijven.
