dr. M.M.P. Habraken (Milou)

Onderzoeker

Over mij

Milou Habraken werkt als postdoctoraal onderzoeker bij de afdeling Technology, Human, and Institutional Behaviour. Haar onderzoekinteresses zijn: technologische innovatie en het ontwerpen en managen van werk. Haar huidige onderzoek is ingebed in het NWA Smart Skills @Scale project (skillsatscale.nl). In dit project richt ze zich op de toe-eigening van technologie.

Milou behaalde haar Master in Business Administration in 2013 (Universiteit Twente, UT) en haar Research Master in Economics and Business, profiel HRM en OB, in 2016 (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen). Ze promoveerde in 2020 op haar proefschrift: 'Becoming smarter: A study into Industry 4.0 and its job design effects'. Na haar promotie was Milou hoofdonderzoeker in het talentonderzoeksproject van de UT.  Van september 2021 tot en met maart 2024 werkte Milou als senior onderzoeker bij HIVA-KU Leuven, België.

Haar onderzoek is gepubliceerd in boeken en tijdschriften zoals HRM 4.0 For Human-Centered Organizations, Administrative Sciences en Over.Werk - Tijdschrift van het Steunpunt Werk. Milou heeft ook niet-academische rapporten (mede) geschreven zoals Smart Industry roadmap: Onderzoeksagenda voor HTSM en ICT en routekaart voor de NWA (2018), Werkbaar werk: Knelpunten in de Vlaamse maakindustrie (2023) en I-SKILL Nationaal Rapport Vlaanderen (2023).
