N.M.A. Huijts (Nicole)

Nicole Huijts is universitair docent op het gebied van risicoperceptie, omgevingspsychologie en mens-techniek interactie. The focus van haar onderzoek is de publieke perceptie en acceptatie van nieuwe technologie in de domeinen energie, transport en ICT. Nicole heeft veel ervaring met multi-disciplinair onderzoek en onderwijs, vooral met betrekking tot het bij elkaar brengen van de disciplines psychologie, techniek en ethiek. Voordat ze aan de Universiteit Twente werkte, werkte ze aan de technische universiteiten van Delft en Eindhoven.
