Prof. dr. ir. Petra C. de Weerd-Nederhof was hoogleraar Organisatiekunde, in het bijzonder Organisatie van innovatie, bij de faculteit BMS tot 1 augustus 2022.

Vanaf februari 2022 is zij hoogleraar en decaan Betawetenschappen aan de Open Universiteit. Ze behoudt een gastregistratie bij de UT vanwege de medebegeleiding van enkele promovendi.
