Dr. Pauline Weritz is an Assistant Professor forĀ ResponsibleĀ Digital TransformationĀ in the Entrepreneurship Technology Management Section at the University of Twente in the Netherlands.Ā She obtained a Ph.D. (cum laude) in Business, Innovation and Sustainability from Ramon Llull University in Spain. She was a visiting researcher in the Information Systems Department at Boston College from 2021 to 2022 and at Copenhagen Business School in 2025.
With a background in Psychology and Management, Pauline focuses her research on the intersection of Organizational Behavior, Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. In her work, she explores the framework of digital transformation and its impact on organizations and employees in the future of work. Specifically, her interests include leadership, culture, and (ethical, social, and environmental) responsibility in the digital age. She uses both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Pauline is also the co-founder of the digital consultancy vaerk. She connects people with and through digital tools and creative methods to build a space for change. Pauline speaks about megatrends, the future of work and women in IT at conferences, events and workshops

Ze maakt gebruik van zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve methoden.
