Hallo, mijn naam is Sander Mooren. Als promovendus werk ik bij University of Twente's faculteit Engineering Technology. Voorheen heb ik de master Civil Engineering & Management afgerond aan de UT. In mijn onderzoek ontwikkel ik simulatiemodellen om infrastructuurmanagers in de transportsector te ondersteunen in het omgaan met omzekerheden. Specifiek pas ik exploratory modelling and analysis toe op auto-, spoor-, en waterwegen.

Mijn onderzoek is onderdeeld van NGinfra's project PRONTO, waar het overkoepelnde doel is om de rol en potentie van open strategizing voor assetmanagers bloot te leggen om cross-sectorale infratstructuurtransities aan te pakken. De zes publieke partners betrokken bij dit project zijn: Alliander, Port of Rotterdam, Province of North Holland, Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, and Vitens.
