Ik ben assistant professor in mentale weerbaarheid aan de Universiteit van Twente en postdoctoraal onderzoeker aan de KU Leuven. Ik ben geïnteresseerd in hoe mensen met stress omgaan in hun dagelijks leven, en wat dit voor gevolgen heeft voor hun weerbaarheid en de ontwikkeling van psychische klachten. Daarnaast houd ik me bezig met het ontwikkelen van mobiele interventies gericht op het leren omgaan met dagelijkse stressoren.
